2nd January, 2018 

I decided to make garlic and honey
in an old Vegemite bottle. 

I'll let it ferment for a week in a dark place
then eat some every morning. 

Why?  'cause I'm off to Nihon yet again very soon
and the temperature there will be freezing cold as opposed
to the sky-high temperatures and humidity here in Brisbane. 

It'll be put to the test soon enough !

I took a quick trip out to Toowong Cemetery. 
There was a beautiful old frangipani tree there. 

I wonder from the gnarled trunk how old it actually is ? 
And what stories it could tell if it could speak ..... what a splendid tree.
