This is somewhat poignant for me, today. 

Gifted psychics don't use their powers on everyday matters. When it comes to what to watch on tv, rather than going into a trance, they just get out the remote control and flick through the channels. Mystical gifts are best used in circumstances where all other options have been tried. Miracles are also best kept for situations when nothing else can be done. We often wish for one when there are other options available. You can get what you need far more easily than you think today.
