We scored the end of Typhoon #18
which hit Sunday, 04th October.
It was also known as Typhoon Phanfone
which apparently means wild animal the Laotian language.
These photos were taken on Monday, 05th October
of the Abukuma River in minor flood.
A lone tree stands defiant against the raging torrent.
An ominous sky.
The pathway down to the walkway beside the Abukuma River
was barricaded for safety reasons.
