That City

We caught the train to That City

to meet Chikako's parents for lunch. 

There were many cherry blossoms out, so beautiful. 

The Sakura from our apartment balcony. 

From the front door, I saw a loooooong line of

people going on a Sakura tour. 

There was/is still quite a lot of snow on the mountains

to the west of our apartment. 

A special cherry blossom train arrived at the station. 

There were many photographers, including me. 

The older train was more interesting than the 

one on which we actually traveled on. 

Still some damage is in evidence. 

I recall these shops very clearly. 

Chikako's parents bought a new car. 

They are very pleased with it. 

We went for lunch. 

Food was great - we all enjoyed.
