A Birthday Balcony 

  

 Laying the outdoor carpet tiles on the concrete
surface and then cutting them to size ....   

 Produce a snappy new table & chair set  
plus sprinkle a few plants here `n there. 

And what have you then got?
 You got this, is what you got ....
