We saw on the internet about an expatriate New Yorker named Ivan who has opened a highly popular ramen shop in Tokyo. In early May, 2010 we hunted him out and sampled his fare.
Well worth our time `n effort to do so; we were not disappointed at all. We also talked with him for some time, he`s a very cool guy.
