Chikako 'n my first time to try this Aussie delicacy.
Tasted very good, was cooked perfectly.

We held a belated birthday party for Sandie.
Including a welcome party for Chikako.
Was a real hoot !
A replacement red Anthurium ..... cost $41.68 ! Couldn't believe it.

Thanks, Angus ~ it was delicious.
Bought a fridge made in China.
So, of course, the egg-holder holds 10 eggs.
Problem is, Australia deals in "dozen" ..... a dozen eggs. LOL
Needed to improvise.
The trio of townhouses next door are progressing well.
The dinners are mighty fine ....
Oh.... do I spy another custard apple ??
A second evening of dining on kangaroo.

We went down to the Gold Coast.
Ended up on Tugun Beach with perfect weather.
Sam cooked dinner.
Steak.
Was very good !
Enjoyed.
Wednesday
18th April.
We got rid of our "not-so-old" mattress which was thin 'n hard.
Had a Sealy mattress delivered.
Much better in terms of comfort.
Thursday
19th April, 2018.
Jennifer celebrated her 74th Birthday today.
We drove out to Jimboomba to have morning tea with her.
After that we stopped at the Seafood Market
and bought some mullet for dinner.
Chikako prepared.
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
Perfectly prepared.
Served with spinach 'n lemon.
Plus some soupy, of course ....
