Dec and I made the trek from Bne to H/Bay.
Maybe this is the 4th time this year I've done it ?
Tuesday, we went for a walk on Urangan Pier.
Super low tide and blowing a gale.
Wednesday, we drove back.
Had a pizza party @ Maranooa's for Dec's Farewell.

Horse racing @ Doomben
we all went to the Doomben Races.
It was a very fine day indeed.
Race #7, Horse #8.
Thank you for winning !
After Doomben, we hosted a dinner party
at Riding Road.
By request, lamb chops.
Also by request, I had just purchased an electric grill plate.
It worked perfectly - happy, happy.
Chikako bought some green tea cake from Japan
for dessert.
Dinner went well.

We went to Sandie's Town House
for a delicious BBQ Brunch.
Steve had recently completed making a small garden in the front courtyard.
The plants seemed to be thriving.

Steve took Dec for a spin on his 1700cc Harley Davidson road bike.
Sunday Afternoon
We caught the City Cat into Brisbane
and went shopping.
It was a fun time.
After shopping we went to the Victory Hotel
and drank some beer.
Then we caught the evening City Cat back to Bulimba.
Monday, 11th September
we 3 caught the City Cat into
Brisbane to have lunch
at The Port Office Hotel.
Again, it was perfect weather.

We went for lunch in Oxford Street, Bulimba.
Oxford 152 Pub.
I ordered a steak sandwich ..... how BIG ???
Too much food !
Kids meal was a better size.
Dec ordered a burger.
we went over early to Geoff 'n Andrea's house
for an outside dinner.
Dec in charge of feeding the dogs their carrot treats.....
Geoffrey presented a wonderful table and delicious dinner ....
