It is Childrens` Day in Japan, today. 

We drove to a noodle bar near Fukudai. 

Very old-style taste, strong, big servings, etc. 

Want to go again soon.

my younger son, 

Declan. 

17 today. 

This photo was taken in Brisbane City, Australia, long ago. 

Although in absentia, we indeed celebrated his birthday 
with his favourite food - Margherita Pizza and cakes.
Plus a little tipple of white wine for good measure ! 

The cakes were from a shop in Paseo Street; 
they looked delicious and guess what ? 
They were ! 

Yum yum......... 

Looking forward to the next birthday dinner :)

It is a Public Holiday in Japan today. 

Albeit my usual day off..... 

We drove Demi_chan to That City

to meet some friends for lunch.

M A Z D A    D E M I O 

We bought a new car together. 

Minami - This City Mazda Dealer

Of course we went for a drive .... and stopped enroute 

for a delicious Japanese lunch.

There is still snow on there, quite a lot actually. 

We discovered this restaurant by chance and it was great.

Definitely we will return here.



All in all, an expensive day but wonderful nonetheless....
