We caught the bus to Sendai City.
The Seasons are changing - Summer to Autumn. And the rice crop is being harvested at the moment. Some of the trees already have a golden tinge as the cooler weather makes its presence known.
We attended the Anglican Church in Sendai. Father Li was there - he is wonderful.
The Church was selling Carrot Cake - let's see what it tastes like !
After Church we went to an Indian Restaurant for lunch.
The food was very nice, especially the tandoori chicken.
The Sendai Jazz Festival was happening......... even when it was raining.
The weather was strange; sometimes fine, sometimes showery.
Chikako san wanted to drink so we ended up at The British Pub
in The Arcade. It is very popular, and quite rightly so.
The Highway Bus back to This City was jam-packed.
I counted 60 commuters plus the driver; no problem.
What an enjoyable day we had.
