There's no way that life will carry on as it is. 

When you're in a different situation, and have the benefit of hindsight, the chances are that you'll look back nostalgically at the way things are right now. 

You'll have forgotten just how tiresome this situation is and how desperate you are to make it different. 

Our memories are selective - which is convenient sometimes. 

Yet there are certain things worth noting about your life now that will help inform your future choices.

The countdown has begun .... 

I've already started preparing for my upcoming trip to Japan. 

It'll be my third this year, my fifth in the last year or so. 

Can't wait to get back to Fukushima.

We drove down to Wellington Point for an outing. 

The weather was perfect; warm, blue sky, gentle breeze. 

Looking northwards towards the Port of Brisbane. 

A pelican was enjoying the Winter sun sitting on a light. 

We "met"  George the Golden Retriever a few minutes before this. 

He was very friendly and we chatted with his owner. 

Bought some really delicious fish 'n chips. 

Not greasy at all.

Sandie, Steve and Beth came for dinner. 

As always, we shared a wonderful evening together ... 

I brought a few flowers and plants indoors for decoration.

Sam and I met Phillip @ Michael Tynan's Office

for a meeting. Then off to the Box to exchange a few items.
