Just a fabulous painting and I bought some
 Weis ice cream to celebrate. 

Cyclone OMA didn't really impact on Brisbane's weather so much. 
Some wind. Some cloud. Hardly any rain here at all. 
The beaches had big swells and lost sand etc however that's hardly new news.

House went Under Contract just before June's Memorial Day ....  to the 3rd owner. 
Be interesting to see what changes they will bring to the house.
